Smooth way to the 1/4 finals
Ajax has been in superb form as the team will be a champion in Eredivise for another year. The team is leading with 11 points ahead of the 2nd placed PSV with one more game to be played in advance. Ajax eliminated Lille and Young Boys on their way to the quarter-finals. Erik ten Hag has no problems with any injuries or suspended players despite Daley Blind, Andre Onana and Mazraoui.
Decline in form and absences
Roma has recorded 2 losses and 1 draw out of the last 3 games in Seria A. It seems that the Wolves has not been in their best form. The battle for the top 4 in Seria A will be more fierce than ever and perhaps Roma should concentrate on Europa League battles instead as all Lazio, Atalanta, Juventus and Napoli will not be prone to give their place. The guests’ squad is weakened by the absences of some key players as H.Mkhitaryan, C.Smalling, M.Kumbulla, R.Karsdorp, S.El Sharaawy.
Ajax is definitely the team in better form. It is not a coincidence that the bookies back their potential win as well. However, we think that we will watch an open game with many opportunities on both nets.
