Monaco had a nightmare last season. They were so close to the relegation zone until the very end. The dismissal of Leonardo Jardim, the appointment of the inexperienced Thierry Henry, the participation in Champions League, the lack of motivation after recording several wins; all of these was part of one awful season that should be forgotten as soon as possible. The coach is the same but considering the great results in the pre-season campaign and some decent signings to the squad, I think that in 2019/20 Monaco will be again one of the usual suspects for a place in TOP 3.

The team of Lyon was left by 3 key players during the summer transfer – T.Ndombele, F.Mendy and Nabil Fekir. Sylvinho was appointed as a head coach – pretty less is known about his competence as a ruler of a team. We shall see tonight.
