PSG team performance
The team of PSG has a comfortable lead of 8 points ahead of the 2nd placed Marseille. Although the team is on the top of France Ligue 1, it has already recorded 3 losses out of 13 matches which could be stated as not the best possible performance so far. Anyway, it is more than clear that there is no other team in France which is capable of competing with the Parisian. The squad looks more balanced than ever and now with all players available, it will be almost impossible for any team to beat them.
The team of Lille
The pleasant surprise from last season Lille is currently placed 5th. Luckily the battle for TOP 3 this season is going to be unpredictable as any ranked from 2nd place to 16th has its chances to qualify. The difference between Marseille (2nd) and Strasbourg (16th) is only 7 points. The team was left by some key players during the summer transfer window but Lille managed to secure adequate backups for the left players. If we have to be honest, the team is not that good like the previous season but is strong enough to cause some problems to PSG.
