Spinazzola to Miss the Rest
The performance of Italy in EURO 2020 has been deeply analysed in previous game previews. We will put the focus on the last game of Squadra Azzura against Belgium. Italy won and showed that they are the team which totally deserves its place in the semi-finals. Unfortunately, the superior performing left-back of the team Alessandro Spinazzola badly injured his Achilles tendon and he is set to recover for several months.
No Shining Spain
This team of Spain somehow managed to reach the semi-finals despite the vulnerabilities in their overall performance. Spain eliminated Croatia in the extra time. Afterwards, Switzerland was beaten in a penalty shoot-out. Spain has to prove that the team has not reached the top of Europe by accident.
Our Verdict
Predicting a semi-final is always a hard task. It is almost an impossible task to predict the number of goals or the final winner. However, we think that the team Italy is the more balanced and prepared team to reach the final in Wembley. Bookies offer good odds for Italy to qualify for the final!
