Manchester City failed to get any points against Tottenham (1-0). The Blues have been in desperate need of a striker. Harry Kane is rumoured to join the club but there has been nothing official yet.

After the sale of the star of Norwich Emiliano Buendia to Aston Villa, the team has used the funds received for strenghtening the squad. Norwich signed Christos Tzolis (PAOK, 9.9 milion pounds), Milot Rashica (Werder, 9.9 milion pounds), Josh Sargent (Werder, 8.55 milion pounds), Ben Gibson (Burnley, 8.37 milion pounds). Billy Gilmour also joined the squad on a loan deal from Chelsea.
