Time for reaction for City
We can’t say that Manchester City played bad against United a few days ago. In fact, City played the way we all expected to see – total ball possession and maximum presence in the final third. After the loss, now it is time for immediate reaction, or City may enter in a negative row. There is no news for any absences within the squad.
Saints finally made it
Southampton finally recorded a win in the previous round of Premier League after 8 games without a victory. The Saints beat Sheffield 0-2 and left no doubt which team the better was. Unfortunately, there are some missing players for the upcoming match against City. Danny Ings, Oriol Romeu, Theo Walcott are some of the players to miss the game.
Final thoughts
It is hard to predict the behaviour of Manchester City after the loss in the Derby of Manchester. An additional obstacle is the win of Southampton after 8 games. Anyway, we think that the hosts will manage to win this game but it won’t be an easy match for sure. There won’t be plenty of goals either.
