Milan in decline
The team of Milan has not been in their best form recently. The team recorded two consecutive losses in the domestic league against Spezia (2-0) and Inter (0-3). During the 1st leg against Crvena Zvezda, Milan should regret not getting the win in Serbia as they had lead till the very last minute of the match until Milan Pavkov equalized the result.
Zvezda will struggle for the miracle
It is clear that Zvezda have little chances to continue to the 1/8 finals of the tournament but the undaunted spirit of Serbians may help them to hope for a miracle tonight. Unfortunately, there will be some suspended players for the upcoming game against Milan – M.Rodic and N.Milunovic cannot take part and help their team tonight.
Final thoughts
Despite the recent drop in the performance of Milan, the team is undoubtedly the better side and should continue to the next phase effortlessly. We expect a win for Milan but perhaps there won’t be many goals in the game as well.
