Borussia – still to reach top 4
Borussia has increased their performances in the last couple of games. The team recorded 4 wins and 1 draw in the last 5 games in all tournaments. Borussia is heading to reach top 4 but the team should beat at least some of the opponents which are already there. Tonight they have the chance to continue with their good displays. Unfortunately, there will be some absences within the squad – Zakaria (defensive midfielder), Lazaro (right-wing back) and Marcus Thuram (left-wing/striker).
Dortmund in post-Favre era
Dortmund failed to win Mainz (1-1) and were badly defeated by Leverkusen in the last round (2-1). Dortmund should defend their place in top 4 against a strong opponent and participant in the knock-out stage of the Champions League. Let’s see what Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho have prepared for the defence of Borussia.
Final thoughts
Borussia has been in a definite peak of their performances but that is not a guarantee that they are going to win tonight. On the other side, Dortmund’s ups and downs also can give us enough reasons to believe in their win too. Seeing goals on both nets is the most obvious outcome of the game.
